Hi,
I got married recently to a Canadian PR in Canada. I am on visitor visa in canada.My visitor visa is expiring in the month of june(2006).Mean while we planned to apply for my PR(family class-spousal case).But we are not sure whether we should apply inland (i.e. in canada) or through overseas(NEWDELHI,INDIA).If i apply from canada,i heard that the process is a bit longer (it might take a year).Is it true?We are not sure about the time lines.I have heard that if we apply through india the process is faster.IS it true?Is the extension of my visitor visa a difficult task?Will i get my visitor visa extended?
Can anyone give me suggestions on my case???I am in a great confusion!!!Infact we are a bit confused.Can any one tell me about the time lines of FAMILY CLASS-SPOUSAL CLASS application form at each of these(India and canadian immigration offices).
