Dear all CdnDesi's,

I have 2 queries, can anybody help me with this :

1) I had applied for PR from CHC,Delhi on June'02. Appeared for IELTS submitted copy of the results voluntarily in Sep'03.

What is the expected time to receive medical /interview waiver letter ?

2) Will it be feasible if I stay at Windsor and Work in Detroit (How much time does it take from Windsor to Detroit) ?? Is this allowed for PR's or restricted.

1. hard to even guess. New Delhi has not been responsding much to such requests lately. Estimated current processing is 24+ months.

2. you'll need visa to work in USA. crossing the border is not that easy anymore but people still do it.
