I would like to know the experience of Windsor ? Detroit commute from folks who have done that or know about that.
Do the officers give hard time for daily commuters on TN visa (TN visa is already issued). Any other things worthy of mention.

Daily commute tend to be easier than occasional visits since your records are built up over time as a frequent traveler. There are many commuters, so yours will not be a unique situation.

Once in a while, you'd be "randomly" picked by their computers for secondary inspection. This is their way of saying, "yes, you didn't commit any crime when TN was issued, but we want to make sure you stay that way, and we are gonna check you periodically." During this time, they will review your entire history and run checks against your records. Usually, about a 20 minute delay from a normal day.

If you get yourself nexus card, you can make it a tad bit faster as well during the crossing.

Make it easy on yourself by approaching in a prepared way ahead of time - roll down your windows, roll down back seat windows if they are tinted, shut the radio down, remove your sun glasses, hat, etc., and have your document ready for presentation. Also, provide direct and simple answers. Don't provide info that's not asked for. Life gets that much easier.
