I plan to travel from Detroit to windsor and plan not to drive my own car. I looked at rental car option but they once refused me entry at the Canadian POE because I was driving a US plated rental car and I was a Canadian PR. It is very hard to get a Canadian plated car at Detroit (DTW airport).
I looked at the travel option of http://www.robertq.com/Airbus/index.html RobertQ bus service from Detroit to Windsor, Canada and it costs $34 one way. Does anyone has any experience with this bus service and the immigration process at the Canadian POE while travelling in this bus? Thank you.

Immigration process is same regardless of any bus. The bus pulls over near the door at the secondary inspection, everyone gets out, goes in, shows the documents, answers questions, and gets back in the bus.
