FYI, apun going to see Arjun Rampal and Jagdish Sehgal get certificates from gorement on Saturday and Arjun upon getting saying 'thank you'. Sehgal taking certificate and not saying 'thank you' and Arjun having to prompt him to saying' thank you' and only then Sehgal saying 'thank you'. Reminding me of this incident.

Yeah, its just that you didn't have to ask for it. At least not this way. The fact that members make content for the site is a given and part of the work we do as site admins/moderators/designers is to facilitate just that.
Regardless, we've thanked members whole-heartedly for their contribution. And by the same token, we receive several posts/emails from members who've thanked us for the site. It works both ways. Here's one post and I can pull out more if you want..
