I will join the gang and say ICICI bank sucks, they dont have systems & practices in place, manpower turnover in India is very high at all levels. If I were to bet on the first bank to go bust in India then ICICI is top contender. They go for top line keep increasing their business volume ofcourse they have v good IT systems but implementation is poor. doing busines with them in india give me nightmares I have had payments wrongly credited to me.

Good luck to CDs when it comes to money lets be prudent and not greedy to fall in trap of high interest rate is my opinion.
