Primus’ service supports fax on the basic package at $20 pm as long as you have a hi-speed (not lite) connection.
Online services thru the web portal are pretty similar to those offered by Vonage. No charge for installation + you get air miles on your monthly spending.
Primus $20 broadband service supports fax, however I need a dedicated fax, i.e. send and receive faxes while I am on phone. This means 20X2=$40, plus extra for features like voice mail etc.
Primus has a good pre-sales telephone support, however one should be cautious after you sign up for their service, as it really sucks. This is my personal expeirence as an ex-Primus long distance subscriber.
I have not heard anything controversial about Vonage to date. The company is also Mississauga based, which is in my home city.

Hi! again. I am editing my post because I finally signed up with Vonage. It offers so many more features than Rogers. In fact they had even sent me a free phone adapter cum router plus free shipping and activation fees.
The voice quality is good and the 3 way calling works really well. One can also see the complete phone activity with online record keeping.
Has any one used this Vonage phone adapter in UAE, UK or India?
