Was not sure how to title this post. Well I would just like to help everyone here in whatever small way I can.

I have been in Canada for some time now. I am one of the board of directors of one of the companies based in Toronto. My role is to both of an advisory nature and more inclined to bringing in Innovative technologies to lead the company forward. For me to reach this far has been loads of hard work.

Well to cut to the chase in my experience I have come across new immigrants who blindly get into huge investments like training, buying of cars etc in the first few months of landing here. I have also come across indians who setup small business but are not that successful. Well what can i help you with is that I am a Microsoft Technologist and have worked with most of the microsoft technologies, I can type out tutorials for you and send them across to help you get through. If you want I can take a look at your resume to just give you advice. I cannot help with jobs,that is human resource and I dont interfere with that. But I can show you how to approach recruiters.most recruiters have websites that you have to post your resume there sometimes you do get called and sometimes you dont maybe i can advice you on something. I would like to help out on other topics as well.

why am i doing this, well no reason i have been meaning to help around. I am involved in some charity work and would like to do more that is all. I have setup a blog which I would love to chat with people here and help them if I can.

This is for those who are new here and for those planning to come here. Change is not easy, life is not easy but if it wasnt a challenge then it would not be fun. Try taking the fun of the challenge and you will see you will get far. For those of you who have not found the work that you came for it isnt because you have not tried or it isnt because Canada is tough, it is different that is all and believe me if you do not get what you want your children definitely will, I have seen a lot of kids whose parents have not done well but they have excelled by being project managers etc in huge companies at very very young ages.

well there was some trouble posting to the other blog so i created a new one with a few articles that i found the time to write. The blog will have articles for business, IT and some general discussion.
