It is true that things are done differently in Canada as compared to the US and other parts of the world. The US does have a lot of advantages over Canada but Canada has its good points too. If you were so enamored with other places, why did you come here?

Going as per different reports and stats, Canada is voted as one of the best countries to live in, so people tend to get fooled for the same.
Only good quality of air, free medical, education can not make a country good. What about buying power? Recent report says that for Canadian's economic growth in over 20 years is 3.5%. That means the diffculty you had in running house hold has not improved over 20 years!!
If there are no jobs how can a place be good for new comers?

What are the good points for Canada then USA? People are here not only for Canada is good or bad but they are many reasons why they are here and coming here is not meaning that people have to accept whatever they dont like in Canada and they have right to speak what are the facts and what are they feel here and
" Apne Mumbai se Delhi ka train ka First Class AC ka tickits liya and during journy ap ko train ka services achha nahi laga to kya aap bich me hi train se bahar nikal jao ge ? Severvices ke laye kuchh bhi Galat nahi bolo nge? chup chap sahan karonge?"
Frist class ka tickit longe aur worst then third class services milangi to aap kya karange? (sorry, aishe bhi log hote hey ke voh bichhare chup chap sahan hi karange)
No hard feeling please.... I know you are not in Labour job..... but here people are talking about Canada in general terms.
Many good points are also here but we have to speak without any under wrong impression, whatever is the fact ....

Yeah, its a fact. Most of us, if not all, are not prepared for what we end up with. Everyone has a right to speak out (while respecting others feelings).
Thats what makes this a well balanced debate.
U stand for what u believe in, and expect others who contradict u to speak against what u said.
No Hard feelings. Bottom line, at the end of a debate, if we end up having a better understanding of the topic, we are all winners.

I am in total agreement with what Crenshaw has replied to you Mr. Sridharm. It seems you just look at the dark side and ignore the greenery.
Just a honest suggestion...
I am sure if you try looking at the greener side of what Crenshaw has replied and ask people for something which might help you ( insted of just spreading discouraging things) things will begin to change slowly but surely for your good.

P.S. Remeber the story of a bunch of frogs stuck in a pit. Only one manages to come out because it was deaf. She managed to get out only because she couldn't hear onlookers who were passing discouraging quotes and looking at them she thought they were trying to cheer them up.
It's upto you what to want to hear and what you want to see.

Why did you use "she" for the deaf frog, you mean that lady refuse to listen and in this case it worked in her favour
