I read the entire script and must say that it is appalling. It just goes to show what Americans can get away with. Can you imagine an Indian radio station calling a call centre in the States and abusing the call centre rep.
Don't worry, it is only a matter of time before India and other South Asian countries become economic superpowers.
May not happen in our lifetime, but the process has already started....

it is disgusting. there is truly something predatory about americans. they will do anything for money. they lack a sense of social responsibility. they can step over the homeless on their way to work and don't even consider it.
hundreds of thousands of homeless, 2 million people in prison, 50 MILLION PEOPLE WITHOUT HEALTHCARE, and none of these were even election issues!
all they seem to want to do is to make their million and retire to a complex with security guarding them and a smith and wesson under their bed and to hell with what goes on outside their doors.
this humiliation of this woman was just a ruthless stunt to make money... it's nothing new or surprising... just another american ploy to make money no matter how many victims it causes... look at iraq...
I find quite surprising at teh reaction showed as this is a most common thing which happens in Call centres and all the reps are trained how to handle it.Also all the companies have a norm on how much foul language is tolerable.
There is nothing to feel anti Indian as the whole world is at this time very conscious that call centre jobs are moving to India and there is an internal grudge.
All that is pretty normal .If we really want to do something then let us form a Khalsa Commando or the work can be given to a select group of Indian Army Commando who can take out such people in silence .It is only the fear of death which can take care of such non senses.
If we can not any such thing then let us follow the corporate style and after 2 warnings disconnect the phone rather than create such ruckus .

The girl in the call did sound well trained to handle that situation (from her companys perspective.) On personal grounds, I would have liked it if she had given a tit-for-tat reply. Chapter closed!!!

I think the most disgusting part of the entire incident was the audience cheering and jeering as the presenter played the phone call.
You can understand one bigot to act like this, but for hundreds of listeners in the audience cheering him on as he played the phone calls really shows something about the mentality of their entire society.
