Here you go. If you are ever packing your bags and keen to come to Canada then you always make sure you get Air tickets, Passport, Visa and other important documents ....and.....one more important document known as 'Claim History'.
A Claim history is a document which will state your driving record, your accidents (if any) from the day you had the insurance. The Claim history can be issued only from your previous insurance providers in your home country (Be it USA or Uzbekistan) . Note that Claim history and the prinicpal vehicle operator in BC has to be same. Each year of driving record will get you 5% discount and the more driving record you show on claim history the more you avail eventually saving a lot of money by as much as 40%. If you are in BC and would like to apply for discount then visit icbc.com and search for claim history form. Fill it and attach your claim history document and mail it to the address mentioned on the form.
