Well the movie was entertaining but a few inconsistencies....
1) The Japanese have been trying to track Rancho for one year but the two idiots manage to find him in one week.....
2) Chatur has a meeting with Phunsuk Wangdu but has no idea that he is located in Ladakh???? Nor has he seen a photo of him even though he has been trying to get a meeting for one year. IN this day of digital cameras, Youtube etc that is difficult to believe.
3) I graduated from a well known engineering college and do not know of any college where students are ranked by name and the list put up on the notice board. Usually only marks are put up by roll number.
4) Chatur being Vice President of a big corporation based in the US thinks nothing of unzipping his pants and peeing anywhere without the slightest reservation.
Nonetheless such cinematic liberties have to be taken to make a sellable product otherwise the story would collapse on itself like a black hole.....

I could not disagree more with this article. Author think Kareena is one of the better actors in the movie. Kareena is terrible in nearly most of her movies. In fact every one else acted well especially the college loser guy in this movie.
The movie does make a few points that have not been made before in Hindi movies. The issue of college suicide (this happened in my college too). The issue of studying in some degree you dont like at the cost of joy in life.
I really liked this movie. Its probably the best movie of 2009.
