The infants are not allowed in the oath ceremony. The whole event is like a court process. Though you can take them but it is discouraged.

Hello Raajen,
No news yet bro.They are very slow. I called cic couple week ago, said that security check has been done. They are waiting for the certificate and will transfer the file to mississauga. Cic also said, it might take more than 15 months. But online, status has no change as of today.
