Long distance service to USA

Hi,
Just wondering if there is any unlimited calling plan to USA and how much it costs?
How is per minute rate if there is no unlimited calling plan?

i'm using primus VOIP and it gives me unlimited calling within N.America i'm paying 25.99 with 18 calling features.

r u in canada? cuz i just checked their price...for unlimited calling to states and canada is 49.99? when did u get the service?

i was talking about VOIP service not regular phone service.
