I have been visiting this site for quite a while. What disturbs me is the lack of relevancy of most of the topics posted here, for discussion. I don't want to sound judgemental or biased, but let's face it.... We come to this website to either discuss a relevant issue of get to know the views or experiences of someone in the same situation.

Not a day goes by without a new topic that sounds like "Did you make a mistake coming to Canada" or "Canada Sucks" or "what's good about Canada". Or then, there are irrelevant, useless topics like " would you hire a desi", "If you had a choice, would you go back to India" or "How does India compare to Canada".

I think it's high time we got mature, and just dont waste precious time or web space on issues that don't matter. After all there are realities and issues that are relevant to our day to day life. Wouldn't it be better for us to share views, opinions and facts that would help all those not-so-happy-and not-so-settled desi's settle down?

You are absolutely right. I agree with your views.

We, Desis eat a lot of spicy food. We always want some "Masala Items" in our day-to-day life. samething is going on CD also.
