FBI fingerprint Clearance while in INDIA

I have been a student in the US from 1999 to 2001 and since then have shifted back to India, Mumbai. I have therafter applied for Canada immigration and have now recd letter from CHC Delhi asking me to submit FBI and State Polce Clearance for all states that I stayed in during the period I was in US.
Could any one please inform me how do I obtain FBI and State Polce clearance as I am now in India?

Dear Massoodji,
thank for your reply. But it is not correct. What I have asked is that

I am currently in India and need the FBI clearance. I have the FP Card but ow do I get my finger prints authenticated before sending to FBI?
