Dear Massood Ji,

I am a Dec 2003 applicant from Delhi, I have approached you earlier also through this site,i got 7.5 bands in ielets(above 7 in all 4 modules) , got my police clearence
and attached it in orignal and all my supportings were notorized.
I recieved my file no within 15 days of sending application buth nothing has happened after that.

Have you any idea when they are going to touch dec 2003 applications.
This is also the time when new rules came into force (DEC 3, 2003)
I hope you will be able to tell me some thing i can count on.

Is there any benifit of getting CAIPS and if yes, through which site(which you think would be safe)

No need to get CAIPS. Won't do you any ood. Another year or so for them to look at your file.
