I am single at the moment and going to apply for my Immigration. Have a quick questions regards to the application form IMM 0008 (Application for Permanent Residence in Canada).
1) I am single, so still do I have to fill the information in the section “DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS” meaning my parents and married sister information. And do I need to attach their photographs with my application? Or I just need to pass it coz I am not married and applying for Economic Class and my parents are not going to move with me.
2) Related to above question 1, later in future sometime I am getting married so when I add my wife name will my “Economic Class” category under which I will be applying will get changed to Family Class.
Please let me know about this.

Yes, you should mention their names later on to sponsor them in family class but no photograph required.

Spoue sponsorship is very simple process for PR card holder. What is economic class?

I am still unclear with your answer for the question 1.
Is it you trying to say that I don't fill that information at the moment. I just leave blank and also I don't need their photographs, coz I am migrating here alone because my parents would migrate once i get my immigration?

Yes, you have to mention all the immediate family members details. Photos are not required though. Just mention them so that in future if you want to sponsor them, it will be an easy reference for immigration guys.
Regarding economic class, my consultant said that its for all applicants who are applying as a single and who will be issued visa based on work experience and english background. When family members are in the application it will be treated as family class.., and when we intend to start up business in canada after landing, the application will come under "business class" umbrella.., quite few terminologies I believe. Massodji can throw some light on it....
Anyway., adding to the above., I would like to stress upon the second question asked by Indian guy... given the timelines of application processing., there are chances that applicant might get married., can he add his wifez name along with the application which is already in process or does he go there to get PR status and then sponsor his wife., knowing that it is going to take the same time again ??
