Hi all,

As I had mentioned earlier, its not your "Qualification Upgrade" that matters but your adaptability to Canadian environment......

Its not easy to aquire those skills....like etiquette, dialects, conversation ability, accent, basic approach, convincing the employer during the interview, dealing with placement consultants etc.

It would definitely help attending awareness classes conducted by seniors......

- Well, I could never agree more with you DTC. I would have done the same what you did.

Agree on what? Done what? I am sorry I don't quite the hang of what you are trying to say.

But as they tell you always, there are two kinds of people in this world, those who see an opportunity and others who dont. When Opportunity knocks on your door as well get up and answer it.

Yawn!!
Here, help your self to some more of those...

After posting my success story, I got PM's from 5 people and 4 have been answered,

Without revealing their identity and any personal information, would you mind sharing what those 5 people asked and what you advised?
Did that advice help?

but surprising none from guys who got into so called \"bashing\" and \"baloney\" calling.

What is surprising is your surprise at not getting any PMs from those who called your "success story" as baloney!?
Will you go and ask for advice from someone you believe doles out crock!?? :D

Problem with most of us is that we see the forest but not the trees. Chandresh - didnt read my answer to his point no 5 - and neither did any of you care to read the last few lines of my answers to the post.

I do not see any other post from you on this thread. Sorry but which post are you talking about?

The one which reads something like " How to acheive success in just 12 minutes a day"?? :D

Would you mind repeating your "point no 5" and the "last few lines"??

To tell you the truth I have already got myself enrolled for the Maytree foundation the very day the advt appeared ..

Are you sure it was not them who requested you to become a mentor?? Are you absolutely sure?? Think...try to remember! That's what must have actually happened!

God permitting, shall be deciding on whom to take on as proteges.

Great work! How many proteges do you plan on "taking on"?
Do keep us posted about who you "take on" as proteges and how you mentor them!
Oh and yes...also some back to tell us when Maytree awards you with the "best mentor" award. I am sure you will earn it.

Hey man, you don't really have to go out of your to prove you're some kinda paranoid wierdo. Some of your regular stuff is enough. :D

And when you hear some static on your cell phone, no need to jump. Its probably not the imperial army trying to hack the signal either. :D
