basic work yes. Once we know what we going to be doing, then we appoint legal, real estate, Public relations etc for legal issues.
What i intend to do is put details on paper.
Discuss with-in my networking circle here and see viability.
Step 2
Discuss with sheikh ( Kuwaiti sponsor ) here on the funding option.
Funding also includes investing 15 room guest house to support business
Step 3
We meet in Canada and take it futher if all looks promising
If not, then i am going only for the guest house and then later start the website as would be more viable option.
One can deam unlimited, however real test comes in making it happen.

I have been thinking on similar lines for quite sometime now and had also voiced out such a idea in the last CD meeting at biomed's place. I have been thinking of not only services for new/intending immigrants, but also a co-operative kind of business for existing immigrants who could combine resources (both financial and labour) and create businesses which would not only generate money for investors, but also employment for us desis combined.
Infact, another member here, Sanjeev Manocha has worked on the full scheme of settlement for newcomers and he has a full business plan already worked out. Those of you who are interested, could send me a pm and we can all sit down at my place for first discussion and take it from there. I personally am ready to invest and to work in the business.

Are we talking about "settlement" services only? In order to compete with the big agents, we need to provide services in other areas too, don't we? While they may not be delivering the goods, but at least they market themselves as someone who can provide comprehensive services in all areas of immigration.
