Dear Freinds,

I would like to ask all senior and fellow desi(s) that what should be the reasonable rent in the areas like Mississauga / Brampton / Toronto for the knowledge of newly arrived and/or arriving immigrants: -

1) Semi-furnished single room (in basement / Ground Floor / First Floor)
2) Furnished single room (..............do..............)
3) Fully furnished single room (..............do................)

Meanwhile what is basic and main difference between semi-furnished, furnished and fully furnished rooms, according to Canadian standards?

If any other new immigrant is having any problem of any sort in calculating / finalising the rent then pls. post your query here and I am sure that one of the senior member on this forum will solve the problem.
