Nowhere do they handout personal invitations. Immigrating to Canada or any other country is by one's own personal choice.

When we go to a temple, church or any public gathering, it is not for a personal invitation but invited to attend. And the organizers take extra efforts to take care of visitors. Are you going to visit place again if you are not treated well? Similarly CIC is not handing out personal invitation and a very childish argument from you to show a personal invitation.
If CIC website is not an invitation to come and work in Canada. Are we forcing ourselves on Canada? Now you tell us the interpretation of the CIC website.

Whoever considers CIC's website or any other immigration related website -> an invitation, needs a serious reality check. Perhaps you are not aware of what an invitation really is.
Coming to Canada is a choice. The government of Canada is not sitting here to baby sit and help you.

Why you think that above all mentioned or demand is baby sit. If that is your attitude all government policies, facilities and what you buy from government are a waste of service. If you demand all day electricity and water and not get yourself a generator and dig a well in your backyard Then Sir, you are being baby sit for these necessities. Asking for a provision to a decent job is not baby sit. It is a basic requirement of an immigrant and you term it baby sit. Sorry to say you are flying too high to understand common problem. If a person is venting out his/her frustration it is because he/she has tried and system has not offered him a decent living. Government requires to check so that verbal frustration does not get transformed to physical way of exhibition.
