regarding some one Resume Express Service which i have never used and I replied them back stating that i have never used their services, but now again i got an e-mail from them that if dont pay $41.73 they will give the case to collection agency.
I am new to the country (arrived on 21st may,2004). I have been told that collection agencies will affect my credit history, which i just started to make. I don't know how to proceed with it.

Maybe the last tenant who stayed at your place owed them some money !
If you are new, you can just ignore them. If they go to a collection agency, they have give them the name/address of the person. If that person is not you, then you have nothing to worry abt !

they have my address too as in my job hunt process i have my resume on lots free job search engines. infact i came to know about this site only after i got email from them regaring payments.
