Any Idea how is rogers wireless service and billing, I know there are lot of billing problems with rogers wireless. Is it advisable to use rogers wireless?

Rogers wireless has problems with reception.
Bell Mobility is expensive and doesnt offer good plans.
Telus is excellent and offers good plans
Fido is the best and the cheapest and offers the best plans.
Trust me on this one because ive used all of the above service providers.
Im using Telus now and its very good.
Id recommend Fido as it has better and cheaper rate plans.
IME, most of the Candian companies compare to US companies have poor customer service practices specially banks, telecom and large corporations.
Telus also has billing problem. Check your bill thoroughly specially for late payment charges.
Somehow they seem to post the payment to account few days after the due date, on the same date every billing cycle. How is that possible if you are sending payment by mail at different dates of the month?
Also if you call up CSR, they will tell you that they received the payment after due date. I caught them lying on it as back of my cancelled cheque showed they deposited my cheque few days before due date.
I have already filed a complaint against them to CRTC and planning to start contacting some media people to make them aware of these practices.
Also their CSRs and supervisors become very rude when errors are pointed out.

Rogers are famous for sending bills even without connecting the service and wrong bills are their regular corporate practice. No body prefers to take wireless service. It is worse. Don't get cheated. there are many comlaints reported agains rogers with regards to bills of wireless service. They will bundle you, with all sort of misleading packs. careful
