Baby sponsorship

Hello,

I have a question about sponsring a Baby which was born in USA. last year.

Father A and Mother B, both are Canadian immigrants. Baby was born when there were in visiting USA.

Baby C has American Passport. but she has no CANADIAN status.

Now my questions are.

1st. What is the process to get Canadian Immigration status for her.
2nd. Who should apply for the Babies Sponsorship? Mother or Father?
3rd. How long will this process take? and is there any website from where i can get all the information about it?

the baby must be sponsored.. this can be done inland while the baby is in canada on visitor status..

either one... the sponsor must be living in canada in order to sponsor the baby...

about 6~9 months depending on caseload at CPC... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html
