Any information on cheaper & relaible internet services?

I have a Bell Sympatico connection. The connection is good. However, with my limited usage, I think i am paying too much to them. It looks like the market is being driven by Bell and Rogers.

Any suggestions on alternate service providers who are good and cheap for casual internet users like myself?

How about some free stuff? They were in market couple of years ago. Are they still there now?

Hakuna was using High-speed ..I Hope he has found his Matata What say you Hakuna ? What did you settle upon ?
