Hi ,

Since whatsapp is the way to go these days and is much useful for faster communication,

I have started a whatsapp group. My objective is not to replace our awesome Canadian desi.com but to have an alternative platform for people who are not able to participate due to lack of time

It may further reduce already reducing posts on CD. I am already fade up with my Whatsapp groups - specially where most members are in India. Lots of useless posts. taking most of my phone space and it has become a mandatory work to clean them up. I am seriously thinking to find out some way to auto delete the older than few days whatsapp posts. Anyone aware of any developers add-on option to create additional feature?

In nutshell, I don't support this idea even globalization is shrinking nowadays.

I am using WhatsApp on my PC . This way your mobile will remain free and you can see messages at your free time . If you do not have PC then you can use your old mobile or tablet for WhatsApp.

A year ago, I joined my alumni group, and ended up receiving boat loads of garbage every other minute. Silly stuff that apparently passes for humor and stuff I really couldn't fit myself in. Got out as fast as I could.
