Yes, only time will tell. Just as it has for Modi during the past 1.5 years or so.
As I said earlier, Indian Politics is complex and there are no absolutes. If you're looking for the one - then try to look across the spectrum. What is applicable for one, should be for all. No?

Having said that, do you happen to know that this is how most of the Educated IAS that come out of UP and Bihar pronounce in English. Visit Delhi once, and specifically the dingy neighborhood near the JNU, Munirka, Ber Sarai, and you will find these IAS aspirants. Hear how they talk, and you will get a clue. Lived not quite far from those neighborhoods, so I know.
All India knows that how they are passing in IAS and other exams in Bihar...watch below video and read the comments too....![]()

Are you kidding me? IAS exams (among the other Indian ones, e.g. IIT JEE, NDA, etc.) are the most brutal and on all India level. Whatever is the level of corruption in India may be, UPSC has managed to execute and hold these exams in the most transparent manner and corruption-less.
Show me any video or proof, all I know is these are the toughest nut to crack - even with years of preparations. It's another matter, these IAS become a pawn in the hands of their Political masters once in service.

Hi RBO ,
Please do not take any offense to this post as it is not intended .
Neither of your 3 links above proves any malpractice in the IAS exam which is considered to be one of the hardest and coveted exams and accredited to turn out persons of highest brilliance to govern the country.
Are you doubting the caliber of the the IAS / IFS / IRS Officers ? Have you met any in person OR have you seen any preparing for the exam/s and becoming successful ?
I have known a few from close quarters and am proud that the Examining as well as the interviewing body is still untarnished and un corrupted .
Few of the country's exams like IIT / IIM / AIIMS / CA / IAS still are un polluted and produce the best people forward ... I think we should be proud of their caliber .
If you have any information to the contrary , please share -- I would like to know ..

I am not telling that all the IAS and other officers are did a cheating and passed the exam...but there is always a loop-hole where people are taking benefits.
