This is a documentary, alright. It spoke about cow and beef, that too is right. Cannot understand what it went "a little deeper". May be it is in the mind of the viewer who has got nothing but hatred for his fellow countrymen in the name of caste or religion. This hatred he calls euphimism for thinking deep. "

These "deep thinking" intellectuals are strewn all around India and these days are not ashamed to exhibit their perverse thinking or hatred or reverse discrimination. For example, they would surface skim any religious text not to understand the deep thoughts ingrained in the same for human betterment, but only to pull off points and quote them out of context.

Towards the end, the gentleman in specs says, meat of any animal can be consumed and that is his human right. We do not know who he is and probably never be interested to know his name. But he has had his time under the camera and "fame" for pricking, poking and provoking the majority religion. With great wisdom and intellectual thinking he says that the lower caste killed the cow and the higher caste used the skin for making musical instruments. Does he know Nadhaswaram and Thavil vidhwans in Tamil Nadu are revered for their expertise and sought after for all auspicious functions like weddings and their music is called "Mangala Isai". He does probably know, but India is a big country where, after telling lies, one can get away from one corner to another corner.

Does the gentleman know that dogs are the highlight of any community feast in Nagaland or does he pretend not to know. It is said a week before the feast to be held, the dogs are tied and made to go without food for several days. After a week when the dog is served a portion of wet rice, it devours the same in great hunger. And the dog is killed for the delicacy of the rice inside its bowels.

Why can't these thinkers hold a protest in Mumbai for their rights to eat dogs. It is because they are afraid of the western media and their Indian counterparts which will tear their this "right" to pieces.

Only goes to show that the general thinking from the people of the majority religion, that all this tolerance would be alive only as they are in majority or as long as they crawl on all fours to prove their acceptance of other faiths. But when it comes to respecting their own sentiments or when their so called majority becomes minority due to illegal immigration or the statistics of numbers from successive decades or their own real representative happen to come to power, we will see a whole new scenario unfolding, as it is happening now.

Discrimination is an in-born human trait. It happens all the time on the basis of religion caste, language, color, complexion. Even within my Hindu Brhamin community there is discrimination on the basis of wealth or education. But that doesn't mean that one should get their name, fame for their intellectual thinking by dwelling on the same. It will be better to improve their status by hard work and education in the real sense of the term.
