Conspiracy aside, there definitely is an attempt to paint India black when BJP comes to power and look the other way when Sonia Gandhi is in control. Why should Moody be interested in crimes that doesn't matter attention beyond the District Police Head level.
The report is not exactly by Moody's but by a junior analyst Faraz Syed from Sydney.

The Faraz Syeds of the world do not advise the Democratic, Republican, Conservative or Labour parties on how to run their organisations. Even if they do, it will be totally ignored. How to run the BJP is the bother of Amit Shah, totally unprofessional of Moody's junior analyst to dabble in the same. But here we have the entire Indian English News Media going berserk over the report and distorting to say as if it is Moody itself.
We really have the question, is it by the English News Media itself, or just like in the case of Moody's, some Faraz Syeds working there.

Though I do not support Dhalkin's post of a conspiracy theory more than a carefully articulated BJP facts in response to the hue and cry , but do agree with Ramar's statement that a lot of noise is certainly being made about non issues or issues which are local to the place / city / state administration.
One or two off incidents do not make the country intolerant and do not show any trend whatsoever.
The bottom line is - NaMo has won the general elections with a lot of popularity and yes he deserves a full term or two if he delivers ....

There is no doubt its a case of making mountain out of mole
but is this a conspiracy against India? - NA
is this a conspiracy against BJP? - NA
is this a conspiracy against Modi? - NA
These are few emotions of few awardees to which other awardees are catching on and emotions against recent incidents. BJP Govt instead of cry conspiracy should empathise the emotions, acknowledge the issue in hand and take actions to nip it in the bud.
The only concerning thing is some BJP leaders continue to refer to beef , caste , community in their speeches and endorsing India as hindu nation and other communities should eat sleep the Hindu way. That is where BJP is conspiring against thyself. Will have to pay losing a possible second term. Modi need to step in.

They have got their arse whopped severely first in Delhi, and now in Bihar. This should serve them a good lesson. If they will still be persistent with their 'Cow hamari mata hey, Hindu Rashtra, and Pakistan Vakistan', then even their Gods will abandon them before they have a chance in trying to 'not redeem' themselves. They should have a serious 'charcha' as to which direction they are heading, and taking the Country along.
2017 Punjab assembly is out of their pockets as well, and will land in AAP's. UP is also a gone case.
Modi, Shah, Jaitley, and party's party is over - and it only took them 1.5 years. BJP's old stalwarts (LKAdvani, Sushma, Vajpayi, Shourie, Jaswant Singh, Yashwant Sinha, etc.) must be having all smiles these days.
Unfortunately, amidst of all this, India is losing a big time.
Just sayin'.
Enemies of BJP are gleefully rubbing their hands in great delight. You are in good company, Pakistan feels the same way. 
All said and done....BJP is not going anywhere until 2019. That is another 4 years from today.
