Not surprising that the terrorist caught alive is not accepted as Pakistani.
Even if Nawaz Sherif or Musharaff were to roam around our cities doing a 26/11 and caught with their AK47 and blood in hand, certain that Pakistan will not accept that they come from their soil. Again, both of them have as much hatred for India as any of their most dreaded terrorist. Our policy makers are only fumbling and floundering when it comes to Pakistan. Stratifying the country as people, civil society, government, army, ISI, state actors, non-state actors etc.

You should take the cue from Modi G and lower the rhetoric.
It has been almost a year since talks with Pakistan were called off by him because their high commissioner met with Hurriyat.
Now Modi G hasn't called off the talks between the NSA's of the two countries even though the high commissioner did a repeat. I am impressed that even the killing by terrorists in Punjab hasn't derailed the talks.
I believe Modi G started dialogue with Pakistan because he understands, like Atal G that the ONLY way to deal with Pakistan is through dialogue. I would hate to think that he was forced to "talk" to Nawaz Sharif at Ufa by a "foreign hand".
The elections are over and he IS the prime minister of India.
Good to see he acting like one.

Its not easy to deal with Pakistan - Since they have full support from China as well as West still like to create tension so they can keep selling weapons...
The only solutions is peaceful talk unless if it's really required war
- People can bash Modi for his "56 Chest" but he is very smart PM - There will be secret OP's and secret deals but full fledge war is not possible with Pakistan - The main reason Pakistan has not much to lose but India will go back 20 years
small scale war will be an option to break pakistan into two / three states but that will only possible we build more economical tie with China so China will not full oppose ( Chinese only cares for business)
Modi has got best man DOVAL , so far he has been doing excellent job and will see more result in coming future ...

Also appreciable was ABV's no nonsense approach on Kargil which forced US to influence Pak to withdraw its Army regulars and supported terrorists back in 98-99 .
Unless a somewhat strong stance is taken , history says that Pakistan will keep on its guerrilla tactics and keep on raising the issue of Kashmir.

Pakistan is Spoil kids ( by USA mainly)
India is playing smart especially Modi got Doval - he is the best person.
He knows the tactic - We see the result of his work already .
Wait till we start doing Ops in POK - but for that then need time to gather support and planning
Last year has been headache for Pak Army - New Govt has given full power to retaliate with any border mischief - Now some sort of media is also in control by govt for Defence related news
