Last several days TOI TV channel and newspaper have been suddenly raising the now almost forgotten name and raking controversy regarding his surrender.

Likely that the don accused in the 1993 Mumbai blasts that killed several 100, may be returning home for retirement, if not now but in another 6 months or one year.

The kid gloves treatment given to assassins of former PM or human rights support being given to terrorists and Maoists must have raised hopes in don's mind that he too can have a peaceful retirement in India

The Govt., being caught left high and dry between Delhi Police ex-commissioner Neeraj Kumar statements, is now looking for cover. As per Neeraj, they were quite close to bring D home, but PVN Govt and the then intelligence agencies had some unknown worries. What were they, noone knows. Only Neeraj's book would throw some interesting light on this. I don't think for a moment that he is lying.

Even though, it was not BJP govt at the helm of affairs at that time, they don't want to be again solely responsible for D when the media and junta start clamouring to bring D home. So, they want to shut this whole discussion. Clearly shows, Govts are Govts - regardless of the party they belong to, all of them do have their back to the country and only look after themselves.

However, this would ensure Neeraj's book will become Bestseller, and who knows might turn into another D movie. RGV, are you listening?

Times Now and Arnab were campaigning and asking questions as to why when Dawood wanted to surrender the govt. not accept it. Appears that Don might have laid pre-conditions. But the media is suddenly raking up something that happened in 1993. Advocate Jethmalani too vouched for Dawoood willing to surrender. May be they are conditioning the public through the media and doing the groundwork on his impending surrender. After a few years Hafiz will also be back home for post retirement life. In all this the people of the country are victims/pawns/held to ransom/cannon fodder whatever we may call it.

Control outsider , rest indian police is capable enough to handle internal problem.

The problem with Police is - ' They are not interested in law and order ... They are more interested in earning 'oopar ki income' ... Rather than being given a free hand , the topi wallahs should keep on checking if the Police wallahs are doing their job.
