Yup its a whole chain..from top to bottom . There is a fixed percenatge at each and every level..right from the low level peon in the Gov. office & all the way to the top.
The netas & babus are running the show.
The lowest get in hundreds Rs., then thousands Rs. , then lakhs Rs. & then crores Rs. ..depending on what level you are at..its a hierarchy.
Just one honest guy in the system CLOGS up the entire corrupt system & hence will be eliminated ..as people below him( who eat hundreds & thousands of Rs. ) , as well as people above him ( who eat Lacs & Crores of Rs. )..CAN'T eat anymore.
So whoever did it , they ALL benefit from it ..and don't really care , who did it ..most people who worked below him or above him , don't really care that he is gone.
If you are HONEST in India , just don't eat money yourself & DON'T take the share that comes your way..but at the same time DON'T prevent others from eating. The moment you do that , you are GONE & will be eliminated. That's the best & ONLY way to live in India , if you are honest & want to stay alive.
DON'T be evil yourself , but at the same time IGNORE all the shenanigans around you ..be like Gandhi's 3 monkeys ..SEE no evil , HEAR no evil & SPEAK no evil..& you might be the human monkey who actually lives to tell a tale.

Mr Ravi and his family are victims of the rotten system full of uneducated but powerful policemen and investigators and politicians.
First and foremost it should be established that it is a in fact homicide not suicide. If mode of death is mentioned suicide in most of the 'papers' which will be submitted to the court, the case is heading for closure already.

Will remember your good advice. At least the remaining decade of my life is not be spent losing sleep over all these wrongdoings done for the sake of power and wealth. May be these evil doers are going to liver forever.

CBI has turned down the probe because the state government has added a clause to complete the investigation in 3 months. CBI said that it is illegal to add such clause to the probe request. Do the state government requesting personnel are so stupid that they don’t know the rules or they just want to buy some more time before the investigation begins? The water is getting murkier day by day.
In another Khemka issue, the state government is thinking that people will forget in short time. These 2 cases are classic example showing that the main political parties are two sides of the same coin. They succumbed to corruption. Both want to protect their mafia nexus – the source of their personal and party’s finance.

CBI has not turned down the investigation but only mentioned that it canot be done in 3 months.
