This merits a new thread titled -- 'Why Modi can't accept defeat in Delhi gracefully' ... I shall be starting that shortly ..... and will talk about all the proxy war Modi is trying to play through Najeeb Jung to topple / control Delhi governance ..... apparently its a bitter pill for him to swallow that he faced a deafening defeat in the hands of AK /AAP in Delhi ... shame on NaMo that now Central Govt is giving unprecedented powers to the LG in an attempt to render public elected Delhi Government ineffective. ...

We can understand Congress party running a minority government unable to act against the crime on the people of India, condemning them to misery forever. But not BJP running an NDA government with more than 300 MPs. Their cheating the people is unpardonable.
What happened to "ha ha ha" and "ho ho ho" of people like Nirmala Seetharaman, when UPA was in power. They must resign and come out if they are really honest.

It is interesting to note the current standing in this currency matters as reported in the news services. It is not a clear picture that the news services portray it to be. The figure that they quote are from 500B to 1.5T and in a year's time the amount has dwindled down and the money has flown the coup and none of us know where it is now and who is the current owner that is enjoying the same. For the Banks abroad it is just money and they do not allocate any colours to it.
Only point is that they have brought in a law to punish the holders of such an amount. Also, they have changed the format to newer notes and that has wiped out a lot of the coloured stuff, to a certain degree, that is within their own borders.
With this new development*, I am at a loss to even say if it will ever get done, because, the Heads who are supposed to look after these matters are holding a degree that is fake or not capable of understanding the seriousness of the matter at hand. It is time to clean the whole legal system there and start fresh, if we have to apprehend any of these culprits who are living within the country. Those who are currently overseas have hidden themselves in the wood-works or sitting on the beach sipping a cool drink, without any sweating. The rest is history.
We will have to wait and see.

Guilty should be punished, BP. However, something I don't quite understand. If he forged the certificates/degrees, then on what grounds he is preparing to take this fight to the High Court? There must be some ground in his appeal. I am not a fanboy of AAP, but support the party, though not blindly. On moral grounds, he should've tendered his resignation, when this whole fiasco came into being, and then carried on to untangle the truth by way of court proceedings and appeals. If he is found to be cleaned, would be restored.
It's just a fight of up-manship. Kejriwal is fighting out in the open and thus facing the flak, while BJP and Jung are in with their own Gorillas silently and in the dark.
BJP is just shooting itself in foot, and giving Kejriwal what he wants on a silver platter. The latter couldn't ask for anything better than this.
I never understand, why Delhi being such a small and tiny city need so many entities: MCD, Delhi Govt., NDMC, Center. It should just be governed as a City Municipality (City of Delhi), with a borrowed Police force (something like, RCMP), and have its own Mayor that is answerable to no one, but the local public; and is responsible for the going ons with the handle on all aspects of governance, including Policing and land. The problem being, everyone is confused. All parties promise to grant it the full Statehood, then cry foul afterwards. Just stop these promises and grant it the complete City status instead, independent of any Central/Federal control, notwithstanding of its Capital status.
They created the confusion and numerous entities that are hard to manage/control within a tiny City, and then cry foul when someone wants to govern and try to eliminate this very confusion.
Nothing new here! Delhi has been in this state for time immemorial -

No it will be actually benefit BJP big time to divert media's attention. I have said earlier, MODI wants media to be busy with AAP drama, that will divert media attention for every step that Modi takes,,,, after all media only care for TRP's.
If they have enough MASALA they don't really care who they are bashing.
Current example: Our security forces has done great job killing NE militant in Mynmare but most channel don't discuss in details nor put headline till yesterday . But they busy on AAP drama, cause they know our public like dramas

No doubt guilty should be punished but thing that surprised me in this case about the efficiency of investigation. Complaint was registered just a month and so back and for the first time in Indian history a minister has been arrested and sent on remand in such short span of time. On contrary we have rapist, criminals, scammers for unlimited amount still politicians and living happily. What so special about this crime or person that everything happened in few days? Is this not double standard?( I am not saying that he should not be punished)Why there is so much of restlessness in BJP now days about AAP ? Why LG appoints his own man as a head of ACB the moment ACB opened CNG scam file?
No one needs to be a magician or highly educated to know and understand what is happening in Delhi right now. It is just that if we close ur eyes and laugh on someones downfall. First of all AAP performance is not up to the mark till now and whatever they are trying to do, problems are getting created for them. Why so much fear of new party success? This politics is even worst then congress. I have an opinion that if this continues BJP is going to loose reputation big time in long run. Congress might come back strongly. First of all BJP government is doing nothing for common man. Their own performance stands no where after one year.Except Modi no one is running around. People don't even know where all MP are in their area? After one year of governance no policy or improvement on education, healthcare, crime, corruption, pollution, woman safety etc etc....Do they need 10 years to start thinking on basis problems and focus on those?only achievement is we are expecting huge investments coming in India (MARK MY WORDS-EXPECTING) that too with Modi running around and all they are doing now is try to do create a problems for a party which is trying to do something ( Not successful till now).
With all this happening, both AAP and BJP to loose reputation , AAP has nothing to loose at national level but BJP will loose big time. Whole India and infact we from abroad are also watching. Congress will gain big time in long run. If congress change it face, they might bounce back in another four year.
It seems to me that AAP will not be able to survive in long run. They will not be allowed to survive by these big fishes. AAP party has nothing with them no media, no corporates, no money.....all they have are few supporters which will also vanish seeing discussion on TV channels criticizing AAP.
Some one needs a make a Bollywood movie on all this, LOL
