In India, it ranges from around Rs 1600 (small one) to Rs 3500 or Rs 5000 (the 7 or 9 litre ones).

Since the BOSTON Marathon incident the people who were purchasing these units were being monitored all over the USA. The sales must have dropped drastically. The prices have bottomed out and I can see them go-a-begging.
It is a very good buy at that price.
