I lived in this area before 4 years. The area is fine. You can take transit to Mississauga or Scarborough using a bus. Bus frequency is every 5 - 10 mins. Walmart is at this intersaction meets all your needs. If you palnt to live in building 1440 or 1577 mostly Gujaratis are living here that will make you feel community living and also helps geting school ride or day care.

Going alone in night is some times dangerous because there is govt community housing nearby. The poor needy black residents sometime try to rob you. School is little bit far make you walk in winter if you cant arrange a ride. Park, community centre, Library are very nearby, Open area swimming pool is also there.
