It would be always a good idea to do some home work before looking for partners.

Are you Just interested and wants to start or you have prior experience
Did you work on the financials?
Did you do the location study?
Have you done the home work including business and marketing plan or you need help?
Are you looking for just a sleeping partner ( I mean financial partner ) or looking for some one who invests also works or a partner just brings skills and experience only and no financial investment ....
