Can I apply for federal skilled category to get PR in financial analyst now? When do they accept the application regarding it again?Also If I submit my application now will they accept it and considering in next year?The cap of financial analyst is closed as it already reached 300.

Yes, you can apply quoting the NOC No. 1112 Financial and investment analysts (Cap reached). They will put you on the wait list. Do not pay the fees till you get selected. It sure is worth a try.
All of them do not get selected. Some will drop out too and if you are chosen because of a COMPLETE application, then, you will hear from them. Make sure you have documents to back you with each step of the way and also GOOD recommendations from your Employers. Don`t forget these applicants are from various International locations with desirable qualifications and colourful experience, such as IMO with Global finanace, and you are competing against all of them for your post.

Under NOC 1112 ... you can apply in next year ( unless they remove that code from the list .. which is unlikely).
The next occupations list and quota will be released in April 2014
If you apply now .... they return your application. So ... keep every thing ready and launch your application as soon as they announce the quota.
There is nothing like you pay fees only when you get selected. You need to send your application fees with your application. If not they return your application.
