Hi there,

I want to call my parents over here on visiotr visa. My father is above 60 and my mother is below 55. I inquired and knew that my father will get the visa but my mother will not as she is below 60. My mother is totally depend on my father then what they axectly looking for in the visa papers ?Is this okay if they will drop the papers in box at Delhi or do they have to go personally? Please anybody help me in this.

This link is not much clear in terms of the Age pf parents. Anyway but my father met one agent and he said all papers are okay but they need Medical Insurance from my side to make the application strong. Is this true ? If it is then where i can get the medical insurance for my parents? Any agents. If they got it then fine if not then we have to cancel the insurance...Please advised anybody

You can get insurance from Canada and there is some cancellation charge, how much I am not sure.

It is not accurate to suggest that your mum will be denied a visitor's visa because she is below 60. Nor does medical insurance make the application any stronger. The embassy will look at funds, ties to home country & possibility of not returning to home country. They also take into consideration your [the person in Canada] financial situation.
