Hi,
I went through the rainbow bridge with an appointment letter and all documents of degree. The Officer rejected the TN Visa saying I don't have 16 years of education.
I have a degree from Mumbai university and a one year PGDCM. but the post grad diploma was not accepted and they did my finger printing and photo.
I am a Canadian citizen and if I want to go to U.S for few days will they allow me.
current status:
I have a job in Canada
I have a house/car in Canada
My family is in Canada
Please do let me know.
Best Regards
Ram
-- The chances of getting admitted to the US are not very high if you show up at the border only a few days after your rejection.
Also, no matter how soon or late you go, make sure to have solid proof of your ties to Canada (e.g. job, house, family etc).
Good luck!

1. You messed it up. You should have taken professional help if you do not know and should have got your credentials evaluated and make sure that your degree is equivalent to american bachelor degree ( 4 years).
2. As cdn_dude said, .... you need to allow more time before you travel to US next time. Also you need to have a good reason and proof for the purpose of travel and have a letter from the employer in Canada saying that you are working.
Hello Gurram,
can i call you...please send me your number.
Regards
Ram
