Hope u'll can help me with few doubts while filling forms.

1) One of the forms asks for "Total No. of Formal Education"

-- I have completed 15 years of education. However, at the Post Secondary
Level I have two credential (B.COM and a 2 year Diploma in IT from University). How many years of education do I write as both the 3 years degree and the diploma are at the post secondary level (not masters).

2) I have a 4 years diploma from Aptech Computer Education. Do I mention
it in the form or just write in in the education history essay or resume. The diploma is from a private inititute.

3) My wife has 17 years education. She has done PGDBM after her graduation. But there is no choice for it except Masters. Does she choose 17 years education and then mention "Non University Diploma"
