Have you started watching extreme couponing on TLC. In canada, it is not that fun as in US, Stores generally double the coupon on many items. Also, in US, you can stack 2 coupons on same item purchase. This is Canada, we in a Gaon.

I always read the flyers and redflagdeals.com and try to get what I need and want on sale, but it can be a trap if you focus on sales and coupons you can end up buying too much and things you wouldn't otherwise buy. I think the people on Extreme Couponing are like hoarders. Many of them have rooms where they have stockpiled tonnes of food they will never eat and things they can't possibly use just because it was free. I did see one where the guy collects all the stuff to make care packages for soldiers which does seem better because theres no waste.
