Yes, that's the I bought at Costco for $15 and that's the one I used. The accuracy was in the range of 1-2 lbs when compared to the scale at the airport.
Easy and light weight to carry. Carried it to India and used it for my return journey.
When weighing the bags, you have to ensure that your hands are steady.

Keep the check-in staff engaged in conversation, weather, news, cricket
At the airport, they do have a self-serve weighing machne in one corner by the check-in counters. If your bags are packed early enough, make a trip to the airport and weigh them. BTW, it's free to use it
