You can get the numbers from any local yellow pages and Desi # 1 has already anticipated that I am running a duct cleaning company.

I will say it is your personal choice when you want to get it clean. There is no rule. Similar to how many time a week one should take bath....every day, or few times or once a week - purly matter of personal choice.

Duct cleaning will not improve the quality of the air. There will be more dust for some time after the cleaning.
