America goes and bombs iraq, no one says Christians killed muslims. hilter killed jews no one said Christians killed muslims, majority of genocity in the last 200 years has been by christians , have no 2 ways about it.
If u look at it Christianity is the least tolerant of all religions..
Lack of halal meat in fast food places in GTA is an example of intolerance...

IMHO itz not appropriate to generalize and give statements which reflects negatively on any religion (in this case on the whole muslim community)
Its easy to name and highlight people belonging to other religions (non muslims) who have killed in the past and are killing many innocents but it will not help instead it will just spread more hatered and misunderstandings among Allah's creations (ppl) which I hope nobody wants and we must desist from indulging in anything which will further destroy the (fragile) relation among us as being human beings with different beliefs.
First & foremost, the holy Quran doesnt teach us to kill innocents as is being implied by your statement and secondly, I am not supposed to and must not address non muslims as ''kafirs'' thats what the holy Quran teaches us coz only Allah knows who and when they will turn into believers...

Apart from the above, its equally true that muslims all the world are related as brothers and nationality doesnt matter ... I wud treat a muslim bro from Somalia or Egypt or US or AUS or any corner of the world equally BUT please note that if a brother is WRONG than he is wrong no matter what and in such cases I wud be standing against my brothers too rather than defending them...
I can understand the vibes we Indians share with the pakis and before anyone even doubts or raises a question on my patriotism .... U'll alwyz find me standing with my Indian brothers against the pakis or who ever they might be whereever & whenever there is a question of defending our motherland... This is again what I learnt from the holy Quran .... be faithful to your motherland ... the place where u r born & where u've grown & from u earn ur living... I have a duty towards my fellow human beings (non muslims & muslims) and our country & the world at large ...I am doing every bit possible from my end.
Lastly, I have more non-muslim friends than muslims and they are my best pals on whom I can blindly trust ....

I can only say that this comment sounds utterly illogical... I dont think and nor shud you presume that muslims have or are going to demand what you think.

Considering what goes on in some schools / colleges & some sections of the society wud you be willing to adopt the same for yourself ... your family and friends or wud you still try and follow / impart the same old traditions & cultural value systems to your loved ones... or have you already given up ''old habits'' If so than theres no problem ... If you want to have halal do not eat at Mcdonalds or Burger King or KFC. Do not ask them to change because you do not like anything other than halal.

First, plz get your facts right ... recently, the UK has denied visa to Mr. Zakir Naik and not US.
I think you are getting it all wrong … it’s another person (I hope u know who he is) who has been denied US visa more than once… lemme tell u, I am not in the business of approving & issuing visas in the above 2 countries nor others hence I cannot comment on their individual policies… time will tell, so let’s wait & watch.
Secondly, I doubt you have any knowledge about Mr. Zakir Naik or his speeches... if you have the time & inclination to know the facts please visit http://www.irf.net" rel="nofollow">LINK and I would gladly welcome you to point me to any of his speeches which is filled with hatred against other religions / faiths.
I am not trying to change others nor do I expect people to accept my viewpoints, it’s a forum wherein members can comment / share their views … so, I am sorry, you are wrong again.
Please prove your point wherein you feel I’ve or other muslims have asked / demanded Mcdonald / others to change their menu so that I / they can have halal food … Its upto an individual to either eat non-halal or just have something else or don’t patronize the outlet which doesn’t serve halal food …its that simple (I guess, it’s the same practice followed by Jains etc wherein they have a certain dietary requirements)… Plz don’t give false / misleading statements.
Your statements / viewpoints expressed reflects who needs to be more flexible and most importantly, more tolerable … I feel, no further comments are required on this point atleast. The muslim community is in trouble because there are ppl who are working full time on this … spreading all the wrong notions / brainstorming the public with their hold on the media and creating an image which is far from truth but I must also say that muslims are responsible too for their own wrongdoings ….
As for the ex-PM’s comments of AUS: I fully agree with his comments / remarks except the below lines:

The above statement is laughable … A muslim is NOT A MUSLIM IF HE / SHE DOESN’T BELIEVE IN ONE GOD and for us it’s not a culture or a tradition wherein we are either forced to or just for the heck of it … believe in god because our previous generations did so … the concept of one god is the whole essence of Islam. …. It’s a pity that ppl who don’t have any idea about Islam / muslims in general make tall statements and fools fall for it.
Not just in AUS, immigrants in any nation MUST respect and follow the rule of the land and if they cannot than they can just leave … why crib?
