Hi,

I am a project manager and mainframe is my technology domain. I have about 11 years of experience in IT.

How easy would it be for me to find a job and which province shall I target in searching a job? Is it advisable to change my tech and learn something new before landing Canada?

My PR is in process. Please advise.

Technology changes come on time and stabilize. Old technology will phase out. so what is your length of your processing time and when your file will be opened for final call ? so decide accordingly. start researching when the final processing time nearing you. check out the hot wanted job listings during the time. be have determination and confidence in your skills developed.
