I was convicted with driving without insurance. and now most of the companies wont insure me and if some one is willing to do is charging me ALOT...

Typically, it takes about 3 years (at least that's what it used to be) of clean driving for insurance companies to turn around and consider you less harshly after an incident like this. One of my neighbor had to pay $10000 a year for one car after he was cited for driving with an expired license.

called them, they dont said i dont qualify
Facility is only the last resort. Now you are considered Highly Unreliable.

The Uninsured Vehicles (UV) Project is a joint program between the Ontario government’s Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and the insurance industry. The project is aimed at reducing fraud, improving road safety and contributing to fair insurance rates by reducing the number of uninsured vehicles on Ontario’s roads.
