If you have onlyliability and comprehensive, in case of any not at fault accident, you can definitely claim from the insurance company and more over you will not have to pay any deductibles.
Now how your company will recover the money and from where, that is something claims department's issue. They will take care of that. You do not have to worry as in Ontario, it is 'No Fault' insurance.

thanks a lot for your reply. My auto ins is due for renewal in Sept'04. If you could either give me your tel # or email add, I can contact you for a quote. Pl advise as to when should I start looking for new rate, so as to get it ready by renewal.

If you notice, my telephone number is mentioned in my signature.
The best time to shop around iswhen you actually receive your renewal rates (if the renewal is coming up soon) like in your case, so that you have some thing to compare with. Other wise it is just waste of your time and others' time and more over you will have to do the whole excercise again because the validity period for the quote is limited.
