First and foremost, I would like to thank all the forum members who take the time and have the patience to reply to all the queries that people like me ask.
I just wanted to know:
What is the standard annual, medical and/or childcare leaves for a person doing a permanent job in Canada?

It is an question where there is no one answer. Generally it depends from companies which could be zero to 6 weeks. If it is zero then companies pay vacation pay. There is no concept of child care leave here unless you are on maternity leave.
The approporiate question would have been how is the job market and especially for new immigrants. The answer would be "It sucks". If already have a job before landing then congratulations in advance.
In most companies Vacation 2-3 weeks and medical - 3-5 days in first Year. Except Govt jobs.
We are coming to Canada with a job. However, we wanted to co-incide the leaves as per Canada norms.
