Did they use your phone number to make the long distance calls?

Seems like a two in one scam (craigslist verified account+Bell long distance)!

I have got few of those calls but from the very beginning they sound like they are scamming you and hence never completed the conversation with them.

I just got a call from this number (Aug 8, 2011 @ 9:13 EST). I never answer the phone to numbers I don't know especially with area codes from the U.S.. I did call it back using *67 of course and the automated system says it's \"Movie Phone\" and wants you to start punching in different numbers for different movies that they don't tell you what they are. I have free long distance for North America so I wasn't worried about calling it back. I did not go any further with their instructions in case I was setting myself up for a long distance charge over seas, or if it was some code that will automatically give them my information from my phone provider. I heard that happened before (on the news) a while back. Take caution to who you answer the phone to. Thank goodness for GOOGLE!! ..and those who post to help others with this crap!!!!!
